Beautiful resort.|The restaurants are fantastic, the apartments are so spacious and modern. The pool is great and its literally a 4 minute walk from merlim beach, where you can have a massage and watch the sunset. |Staff are always friendly and are extra nice to kids|We absolutely loved this place. Will be back for sure

The staff at the resort was very nice but by far my favorite housekeeper was Nanthakorn Doungrit. He does an excellent job cleaning the rooms and makes a perfect bed. He is extremely sweet and provided exceptional service. The resort is very nice and I plan to come back.

Excellent facilities, very clean and room service, cleaning etc were excellent. Resort dining in both restaurants was fantastic. Pools are highlight with multiple onsite. Short walk to nearby beach which is great fir snorkling at high tide. Great job by Noey, Max and Pang. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

Nice timeshare, large rooms with balconies. Good breakfast and lunch. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort does not have close proximity to the ocean. The pools look quite nice but my phobia of seeing people not showering before entering, drinking cocktails through the day and not exiting and not seeing the staff monitor or test the water ruins that for me Also, the roofs of the buildings which is visable from rooms and balconies has unsightly green AstroTurf which has been through better days and now needs replacement. Overall this is a good budget friendly option for timeshare owners and families.

A home that you’ll never got tired of. A vacation that you’ll never forget! From the staff to facilities and lastly the food is all amazing. If you’re looking for a Thai Food, I recommend the Blue Mango Restaurant & for their fresh and affordable Pizzas at Kitchen Table Restaurant. And also they have a happy hour every day that you should not miss at The Sunset Pool Bar. The hotel is only few minutes drive to Patong center and they have shuttle bus that brings you back and fort to hotel. And lastly, those smiles of the staff giving you the warmest welcome in the world are all perfect! Thank you very much!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Although it was a bit far from Patong center, the free shuttle bus solved the problem. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Its proximity to a small beach with a massage place was a great addition to the hotel.

Our rooms reek of mold as soon as we entered! There is mildew all over the vents of each room! A huge health code violation. Couldn’t last 5 minutes without us getting horrible headaches and I have asthma and mildew is a big trigger and horrible for your respiratory system in general! There is no way we could stand it overnight how we supposed to deal with it a whole week? We complained to the front desk, they went to check it out and see no problem they think that we were just complaining about the ac not working the best and said there is no problem. He just kept trying to put the ac on which will just spread the mildew more. He had to really try to explain the vents are filled with mold and is toxic! They still see no issue. They tried to repair it even though the whole system will need to be cleaned out and no way they could do that quickly. We persisted on another room but all they could do was give us another room we have to leave by 11am and now is 2am. The new temp room also has mildew! They couldn’t even bring our bags over. besides from the mildew the room is dirty and appears like a run down motel. Not sure how they are a 4 star resort. I have stayed in motels nicer and cleaner.
